Chemical Mixer

Our organization has gained recognition as the manufacturer and supplier of a qualitative range of Liquid Mixers. Also sometimes called Liquid Stirrer, is a standard workhorse in the Chemicals & Food industries. An economical and relatively simple piece of mixing equipment, its primary purpose is to incorporate powders into liquid and break down loose agglomerates to produce an acceptable level of dispersion.

Running at Variable Blade speed, the Blade of our Liquid Mixers creates a turbulent flow/vortex in the batch to disperse dry powders into the solvent quickly within an acceptable level of dispersion.

• Blade/Disc Material: Stainless Steel
• Shaft Material: Stainless Steel
• Blade/Disc Speed: 20-100 RPM (Slow Speed) / 1200-1400 RPM (High Speed)
• Motor: 2 H.P. - 5 H.P.

Note: - All of our machines are customized as per Requirement. Material for Blade can be

M.S./S.S.202/S.S.304/any other. The Dimensions & Shaft R.P.M. can be varied as per process requirement.
